Full inscriptions fees give you access to all conferences and social events occuring during ISEECap 2019, including:
- 3 lunches (on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- 2 cocktails (on Monday and Tuesday)
- a coffee break for each half-day (from Monday to Thursday)
- a nice Gala Evening (cocktail + dinner) near the charming Erdre River (on Thursday)
A student ID will be required to attend the symposium if you register as "Student".
Please note that there will be NO ON-SITE registration.

Refund policy: in case of exceptional or particularly unfavourable circumstances preventing you from attending ISEECap 2019, you can ask for a refund on proof no later than 19th April 2019. Please keep in mind all delays needed to complete your trip (visa, transport, accomodation booking, etc) in order to prevent such situation.
