Plenary:

  • Duration: 50 minutes, audience will not be able to ask questions. Discussions with the participants are likely to take place during the many breaks in the program.
  • Format: you are expected to give some context and background in a pedagogical way (20-25mn) and then present your own work in the related topic (25-30mn).

Keynote:

  • Duration: 20 minutes, including discussion with the audience. Since the schedule is pretty tight, the time dedicated to the questions will be adjusted depending on the remaining time.
    Discussions with the participants will also take place during the many breaks in the program.
  • Formata brief introduction with context and background is expected (2-4 minutes), but the talk must be mostly dedicated to your own work.

Oral (including Invited Oral and Young Investigator Oral):

  • Duration: 10 minutes. The audience will be able to ask questions at the end of each session to the panel of speakers.
  • Format: as context and theoretical concepts will be presented during plenary talks, please go straight to your work!

Poster:

  • Optimal size: A0 (841mm × 1189mm). Fixation set will be provided.
  • Format: no template will be defined, poster orientation must be portrait
  • Your poster should be fixed on Tuesday morning, and removed on Thursday evening
